I have a 1st grader?!?

Okay, so I'm a little tripped out that I have a 1st grader! It seems like he just had his first day of Kindergarten! Bradley is growing up so fast. Where has all the time gone??
Here he is all ready for his first day of 1st grade with all his new stuff.

I made a deal with him that if he'll do a cute smile for me that he can take a goofy picture. That's my boy!

He survived!!!! He loved his first day and had lots to tell me. I really like his teacher so I think this will be a good year! Yea!!!

Lots of Pics from our trip to San Clemente

I know it's taken forever for me to post this pics, but give me a break. We had soooo much fun on this trip, I want to go back to that time and do it all over again. There's lots of pictures so check them out. I'm really mad I didn't get more pics of Brandon and Anneke. The ones that I have aren't that great, so mom you're going to have to hook me up with some copies of the ones you got!
We stopped at Grandma and Grandpa's on our way into town. We met up with my parents and Riley and went to Downtown Disney.

Searching for Redemption

Okay so in my last post I had a shout out to my mom for placing 2nd in the 5K that she and Dustin ran together. I wasn't sure what Dustin had placed and was so tired from uploading all those pictures that I didn't call him to ask. It was lazy on my part. I know. Now he thinks I'm a big butthead. I need to redeem myself so I can be his favorite again. Haha! So that everyone knows Dustin placed 5th in his age group!!! Go Dustin! I'm very proud of him for that! That's right, he ran that tiny nonexistent butt of his off! So many props to my big bro for rockin' that 5K on the beach. Love you bro!!! Am I your favorite again???

National Lampoon's Farina Vacation

I know it's been a long time since I've blogged. It's just so hard to find the time. I don't know how some of you find the time when you are much more busy than me. I guess it's hard for me to concentrate long enough to type one up. But anyway, it took a lot of time uploading these pictures from vacation so at least take the time to check them out darn it!!!

We just went on vacation and had a great time. The first part was with Frankie's family. We went to Newport and stayed at their timeshare with them like we do every year. It's so gorgeous down there! This was my first vacation with a baby (Bradley was already one by the time we took him on vacation.) so that was a new experience. Landon's teething so the first day he was really cranky and I just stayed at the room while they went to the beach. But besides that and him not sleeping too well (the Pack N Play just isn't the same as his crib, ya know.) he was really good. After 4 days there we went down to San Clemente where my mom, Riley, Dustin, Leah and kids were camping at the beach. It was soooo much fun down there! We were only there 2 days, but next time we'll stay the whole time. We don't have a tent so Bradley slept one night with my mom and Riley while we went back to Newport for the night. I unsuccessfully tried to get Frankie to get a tent before we went. But after having his first s'more he was convinced that we need a tent. That's my man!!! Grandma, Grandpa, my dad, Lisa and kids, Julie and Mark and kids all came to visit too. It was so much fun to visit with everybody. Well here's a bunch of pictures from vacation. Enjoy! I love this picture. This was our last day in Newport and Bradley was SO sad to say goodbye to his sand crabs. But he still smiled for the picture! He's so cute!

Julie brought us yummy dinner. It was penne pasta with Sonny's sauce (the BEST little restaurant in San Clemente), salad with Sonny's dressing and bread . Yum! We all know vacation's all about the food, right Jer?

Luckily Landon got all tuckered out so I could enjoy some quality campfire time and s'mores.

All the kids gathered around to tell ghost stories and jokes. Chad is quite the story teller! By the look on Karsten's face it must have been a good one! The kids couldn't get enough.

My mom ran a 5K on the beach with Dustin. She took 2nd place in her division and got a medal. GO MOM!!! I don't remember what Dustin placed. Sorry bro, or I'd give you a shout out.

We had a great time and can't wait for next year!!! Hope you enjoyed the pictures.
